Mission

Our Vision . . . to inspire and equip all administrative professionals to attain excellence.

Our Purpose . . . to provide information, education, and training, and to set standards of excellence recognized by the business community on a global perspective.

Our Mission . . . to be the acknowledged, recognized leader of administrative professionals and to enhance their individual and collective value, image, competence, and influence.

Objectives . . . to elevate the standards of all administrative professions and to promote their working relationships with management through continuing education, authorized programs, and publications.

Code of Ethics

Recognizing that a position of trust imposes ethical obligations upon administrative assistants, office coordinators, executive secretaries and other types of administrative professionals to act for the benefit of employers, clients, and the public, members of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) established and promulgated four standards of professional conduct and resolve to be guided by them as embodying the ethical ideals of their profession
